Navigating Connections as an Interim Manager
Nothing is impossible :)

As an interim manager, it might seem difficult to connect with people or build meaningful relationships in such a short timeframe. Often, permanent staff may struggle to see or appreciate the value an interim worker brings, which can create barriers to acceptance.
In every role I've taken on, I’ve faced significant change management challenges. These experiences have not only strengthened my skills but have also made me more resilient and adaptable. They’ve shown me that no matter how experienced we are, there's always something new to learn.
One of my biggest takeaways from these experiences is that, despite the temporary nature of interim roles, it’s possible to build strong connections with colleagues. In fact, I've managed to stay in touch with several former coworkers, even after moving on to new assignments.
Though my roles are often fast-paced and demanding, I make an effort to catch up with people I’ve worked with. Maintaining these professional relationships has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my interim career.
